Ozumo, San Francisco, CA: The first of two uni risottos from last Saturday in SF. This one only had a few sweet creamy pieces on top vs. any actual sea urchin flavor infusion...that said, if you're a fan of mushrooms and a more grainy flavor (and I am), it's pretty wow-worthy as a nine-grain risotto with shiitake, shimeji and enoki mushrooms.
