Inspired by Masterchef, and the so coincidental appearance of Urchins at one of my favourite Seafood Stops; Here goes my first experience in opening a Sea Urchin! It was surprisingly not as dangerous as it looks. Check out that buttery golden goodness. If only my tongues were that valuable...
