Sushi Shibucho in Costa Mesa: Tai. Japanese sea bream. This place was one the smallest sushi restaurants I've been in. It kind of reminded me of neighborhood hole in the wall Korean restaurants scattered through out ktown, but just cleaner and more tidy. The chefs here are younger than usual yet the sushi they make is very traditional.
