Hands down one of my favorite bites in #Tokyo. This is a piece of #kawahagi #nigiri I had at the restaurant in my last picture. In English it's known as the #filefish and since you rarely see it outside Japan, I had never tried it before. It is traditionally served with a piece of its own liver, which you see at the top, and the liver lends an incredible #unctious #umami flavour that makes this truly a bite to remember. 🐟🍣😋😍💘 by judyrgong http://ift.tt/1AmD43D
