11. 鯛の白子寿司 Tai (Snapper)'s Shirako Sushi @ 寿司栄 Sushi Ei, Chiba, Japan. This was not a nigiri sushi as the slightly grilled shirako was placed on top of the shari, but the shirako itself, just adorned with a little salt, was melt-in-your mouth goodness.
