Masa sushi: Ma-aji and shime-nishin kazunoko nigiri. The "ma" in front of the aji denotes true or real so ma-aji would be true aji or the real aji. Yea buddy we keep'n it real. The herring sushi was a real treat. Lightly marinated in vinegar and attached were the roe that's usually eaten at the new year.
