Sashimi Galore: ホタルイカ釜ご飯 Hotaru Ika (Firefly squids) rice, one of the 10 rice I have had at Den now. And definitely one of my favorite! Hotaru ika is always joy to eat when it is cold, but it's another thing when you eat it warm like this. All the goodies in the head got warm and soft, the head juice is now energized by the heat.
