大とろ(大間) . The otoro from Ohma. Again this was back in end of Jan so a lot of sushiyas used tuna from Ohma or Minmaya. This piece has significantly thicker strips of white fat and sinew. Much thicker. While I am not particularly big on otoro, when you see such fatty piece of tuna, you can't help but marvel. by little_meg_siu_meg http://bit.ly/1OwcKrv
