Of course you can't go to a place called #sushimasa without having some #sushi . Here are some of what we selected that night. The bottom is some #mirugai followed by a #tamagosushi. The top is their #salmonbelly which is fattier than a regular cut of #salmon and gives you that richer velvety flavor. The highlight was their #aburi #otoro sushi. Slices of #tunabelly , the richest and most flavorful part of the fish, are lightly seared. The effect is an explosion of flavor in your mouth that then literally melts and coat your mouth with all kinds of happy.
