An exquisite meal at 1* Ifuki in Kyoto tonight. I first noticed this spot on @little_meg_siu_meg's feed and liked its use of grilling and charcoal. This bafin uni sushi (with shiso and yam) was not one of the courses that relied on the grill, but shows the fantastic produce, beautiful presentation and stunning bowls.
