In case you are wondering how big these tora-fugu shirako were, they were the size of Zhang san's hand, which were pretty darn big for shirako! (And certainly not cheap!) Last time when we had fugu shirako at Shimada, it was like 2.5x of this size. That was a MONSTER... I still don't know how the shirako could get that big.
