Kanda***, Tokyo ( Jan'15) - Always enjoyable kaiseki in relaxed atmosphere (rookie-friendly) but nothing spectacular for this visit. A few 'new' dishes like Hiroshima oyster furai, tsukune wanmono ( chicken meatball replacing the usual dumplings in dashi souppppp). Special dish was Inoshishi (wild boar) with Fukinoto (butterbur sprout). Rice here is usually very special so karaage rice was letdown ( even though it was very tasty!) by litsfree http://bit.ly/1K5E6l3
