車海老と長芋 の 小さなかき揚げ Small sized deep fried kuruma ebi and nagaimo (Japanese yam). I always said しまだ had excellent fried food, and this was no exception. You don't even see a drop of oil on the paper, and you could totally taste the freshness of the shrimps. The crunchy nagaimo was like lotus roots with just a little sliminess.
