虎河豚白子しゃぶしゃぶ Torafugu Shirako (Tiger Blowfish's Milt) Shabu Shabu. We had enever had torafugu shirako of this size, let alone cook it ourselves, hence we were trying to figure out when it was cooked. But the worry was not necessary, because these shirako wouldn't be overcooked at all due to its size. This was like the smoothest creamiest "thing" I ever put into my mouth. And yes, size really matter in this case, because small fugu shirako wouldn't yield this texture. And it's not the same as grilled, as boiling made even the membrane outside melt in your mouth. I just couldn't imagine, if the shirako was so big, how gigantic was the fugu?
