See... I don't eat raw fish/meats... No real sushi... I'm the lamest Japanese/Hawaiian there is... BUT, tonight I (with great hesitation & accusing that I'm being lied to after told it's not raw... Hahaha!) I ate #Hokkigai 😳 and now I'm hooked.
