#poke from Tamura's in Kahului: #Hamachi (comes with a ponzu sauce but flavor and texture is very good on its own), Hawaiian style #Ahi has a bit of metallic flavor indicative of Ahi (yummy), and hot shoyu Ahi (my least favorite with Sriracha flavor for heat). I had high hopes for the hot shoyu but the sea asparagus had no flavor which is odd.
