Sashimi Galore: 13. 握りすし6：大トロ (大間) @ 鮨さいとう Nigiri sushi 6: Ōtoro (Premium Fatty Tuna) from Ohma @ Sushi Saito, Tokyo. Compared to the previous otoro I had at Saito from Minmaya prefecture (#littlemeg_sushisaito ), the fish oil flavor was much more intense and explosive and yes, with a hint of sweetness like you get from good quality fat (like the fat of iberico bellota and wagyu, they have their own distinct "sweetness"). This to me was significantly better than the previous one. And so far the otoro I had at other places recently, mostly came from Wakayama, did not have such flavor and impact. by little_meg_siu
