Instead of #winewednesday, we had beer and sushi. From top to bottom: smoked ankimo sashimi, citrus seared salmon sashimi and yellowtail crudo. The yellowtail was a crowd favorite with its buttery texture topped with a light drizzle of white truffle oil. by mealswithjamie http://bit.ly/1z0HIwK
