Those familiar with shirako may enjoy this one - it's aburi milt of Seabream 鯛 served with a ponzu sauce. The flavour is delicate and it's texture is slightly thicker than Cod Shirako so it's more custard-like than full on creamy, similar to silken tofu! #binchosg by dktan http://bit.ly/1KbtpNq
