Sea Urchin (Japan) This course of sea urchin wasn't included in the omakase, but was offered after the meal for additional cost. We were so happy we got this! The sea urchin (or uni) was really smooth, with a creamy-like texture and high in umami - the taste lingered long after we finished the piece!
