Sashimi Galore: Kanpachi. Since it's my girlfriend first time sushi experience so I want to write this meal in a different way from usual. I ordered the 14pcs sushi course and I ordered the 10pcs for my girl. And this is the first piece of the meal. She said to me, "Why this fish is so bouncy?" And I laughed. This is a good quality neta but I didn't find it goes well with the shari, perhaps it was way too warm for the rice and makes this piece taste a bit awkward. I'm starting to hesitate about my decision, and there's a couple from NYC joining us the meal, which a chef recommended them to this place.
