なめた鰈 の焼き Grilled Nametagarei (Slime Flounder) (2.1.2015) a bit too mild in fish flavor, despite being moist. The fatty area and gelatinous collagen parts were especially good. 太刀魚の焼き Grilled Tachiuo (Beltfish) (4.23.2015) now this one was just superb. This fish is used for the grilled course in many sushiyas and the one yesterday was done to perfection.
