Otsumami Appetizers @ Shinji by Kanesaka, St.Regis Singapore - Notice both Shinjis in Singapore are, by design, run independently, in terms of the dishes served and presentation. Of course, they share the same producers and have Kanesaka style written all over, but Masterchef Kikuchi-san has free reigns on running this outpost, hence, none of the dishes resemble anything we had at the Main outlet in Raffles Hotel the previous day. by litsfree http://bit.ly/1CkCWBU
