Nigiri Sushi @ Shinji by Kanesaka, St.Regis Hotel Singapore - Living up to the standards of Kanesaka, the sushi here didn't disappoint although, clearly a notch below that of the main Raffles branch. Highlight was, perhaps surprisingly, the Saba-Gari (ginger) Chu-Maki ( medium-sized maki; in between regular maki and futo-sized maki) which is, according to the chef, sometimes prepared as staffs' meal! by litsfree http://bit.ly/1AJeTFH
