Nigiri KukiZen** , Otaru - tsumami here , when specifically requested, is served as a platter. Freshness of seafood, being right in the middle of Otaru , Hokkaido, is unquestionable. In fact, some fresh tsubugai whelk was still being delivered at the door while we were having the meal ( at 6pm jn the evening!) .
