4. 2nd Visit to the 3-Michelin Star Sushi Yoshitake in Tokyo. Last year our Edomae Sushi meal at Yoshitake’s was the best meal of the year and on the gastronomic level I would say that this is also this year’s best meal. Everything here is excellent especially the Awabi and its liver sauce and the Anago sushi here are both to die for courses. Chef Masahiro Yoshitake is as friendly as ever and he remembers us from last year of course. I think this is my favorite Edomae Sushi restaurant in the world!
