http://bit.ly/1024CKF Sweet shrimp (amaebi) with the remaining heads fried to a crisp. When it's fresh, the flesh has a slight spring as you bite into the tail and the light sweetness washes over your tongue. Unfortunately, these were not fresh haha. You can tell the difference in texture! The sweetness is muffled by a slight sticky film atop the flesh and the crisp bite feels a bit deflated as the fresh factor begins to deteriorate. by mealswithjamie http://bit.ly/1240wCd
