Exploring more of Pei Modern's menu with our spontaneous dinner a couple nights ago 👫 Pei Modern's food isn't glamorous, it doesn't have all the new bells and whistles but what it does have is simple food done right. I have never had yellow fin tuna and watermelon before but somehow this just worked for me. The perfect amount of seasoning and ginger oil brought it all together.
