Being in Tokyo I wanted to go to the fish auction at the famous Tsukiji Market but unfortunately it's closed to the public through the beginning of next year. The area is still known for unbelievably fresh fish at numerous sushi restaurants so I still went down there and treated myself to a lunch which consisted of 19 amazing different pieces. Here is the tuna tasting platter with each piece having varying amounts of fat. I also had some uni (sea urchin), salmon, sweet shrimp, salmon roe, a tuna hand roll and a few other pieces. So fresh, so good. by spencerlz http://bit.ly/1uMvsO5
