Kazunoko, herring roe, is ready to eat. After soaking in the water, cleaning and seasoning (#KazunokoPhase1 &2), I'm enjoying 'korikori' texture! Similar to crispy or crunchy, but not really. It's not like chips or veggie sticks nor any other commonly eaten sushi.
