His restaurant only seats 7 people and he cooks in front of you. His other chefs help him prepare but it's mostly him doing the hard work. His attention to detail and balance stands out and it's not a surprise as to why his dishes are so delicious. by linyang95 http://ift.tt/1PeRaVm
