To complete the meal and the surf clam #hokki #clam trilogy chef made a #himo maki with #ume and #shiso leaf. Since we cannot get japanese #akagai blood clam legally, I will gladly take the hokki himo maki version #sushi by whoamieating http://bit.ly/1DTxBSU
