4. 鯛の白子 Tai shirako (Snapper's milt)@ すし家 Sushi Ya, Tokyo. Cod'd shirako season is over so now it's tai's shirako. Cut into 2 pieces and flavored with sudachi and salt. Slightly crisped up char on the skin with creamy filling, similar umami like cod's shirako. This is my 4th visit to Sushi Ya and I think Ishiyama san totally understands me now.
