19.車海老 Kuruma Ebi (Shrimp) @ 鮨竹 Sushi Take, Tokyo. This was surprisingly good. Head miso was kept, not overcooked, and good balance with the rice in flavor and proportion. The sushi was cut in half like Jiro / Harutaka making it easier to eat (for this size of kuruma ebi, it should be cut). This was better than expected. by little_meg_siu_meg http://bit.ly/18uZhPk
