13. 赤貝 Akagi (Japanese blood clam) @ 鮨竹 Sushi Take,Tokyo. This one the shari suddenly got much smaller and less packed. And much softer than before. Luckily it was not sticky. The akagi itself was ok in quality. by little_meg_siu_meg http://bit.ly/1MkPFUx
