11. 平貝の磯辺焼き Isobe Grilled Tairagi (Penshell Clam) @ すし家一柳 Sushiya Ichiyanagi, Tokyo. Again, big in size but lacked fresh flavor and was a bit fibrous. The crispy roasted seaweed was better than the clam. Overall the raw items among the otsumami were slightly better and all the cooked ones were executed quite poorly despite the nice selection of ingredients. It was relatively weak compared to other sushiyas, not just the top tiered one but also other more brand new or younger sushi restaurants. by little_meg_siu_meg http://bit.ly/1C43ZRS
