Day two of best rest means Dsy two of #misuwa #marketplace provisions. #sashimi #lunch for me. #chutoro sliced and lightly dressed with #shoyu, then chopped and dusted with #sea #salt and #togarashi to start. Then, #scallops that I woefully over-seasoned with #yuzukosho and fresh squeezed #yuzu #juice along with some chopped scallops mixed with some #mayo and #tapatillo for some heat.
