Another first for us at Nakazawa, the team served a trio of bluefin tuna all at once. From left to right: regular bluefin, chu-toro (medium fatty tuna), and o-toro (fatty tuna). Here we noticed the temperature control was off the most, but still delicious. Perhaps the most enjoyable like we have said before is the regular bluefin which has an almost toro-like quality to it without the sometimes overwhelming richness that the toro brings. by ohmykase http://bit.ly/1w5jODD
