Poke stack. This one was fun to do and SO delish. I made my poke and avocado mixture like I usually do. (See my poke tacos for the recipes) The Chips: they are just fried raw gyoza wrappers. You can use wonton wrappers too, they are just square instead of round. Fry on each side in a little oil till brown and then cool. To assemble: First put down a gyoza chip. Then layer a thin layer of poke mixture. Top that with slices of daikon. (Japanese radish) and then top with the avo mixture. Repeat as high as you want your stack.
