I am so in love with everything before me! It's Sushi time!!! Mahalo Josh Shuman for the locally caught ama ebi (deep sea shrimp)! They are so sweet! Serving the tails raw, nigiri sushi style and fried the heads to a crisp to be eaten whole! Thank you Garrett Lee for the beautiful blocks of ahi and otaru, @n0fo for the fresh lemons and my yard for the avocado! I am one happy camper right now.
