I am not a fan of raw food but I love love love fresh seafood that's being slightly cooked by the torched fire, especially hotate aka scallop sushi! Itacho did it exceptionally well as compared to the rest of the Japanese casual dining restaurants in Singapore. The freshness of the scallop was accompanied by some bits of garlic to enhance the taste of the sushi. Duck sushi is also available at itacho.
