2. ツマミ2. 煮蛸、蒸し鮑 Tsumami 2. Octopus, Abalone @ Sushi Saito, Tokyo. A standard appetizer at Saito which appeared every time (sometimes with shako (mantis shrimp). The tender octopus with the sweet glaze, and the soft succulent abalone with the strong rush oceanic flavor were just the same as last time.
