Sashimi Galore: 〜Sashimi Rice〜 Tuna, salmon, and probably another type of fish sashimi piled in the center in a small dome, topped with a lump of masago. This dome lies in the center of a bed of shredded lettuce and cucumbers. Finally sprinkled with julienned seaweed and comes with a small bowl of rice on the side. I appreciated the authentic Asian imitation crabs on top😜 A huge bottle of gochujang like sauce came with the dish too! I thought it was going to be ちらし寿司but it wasn't!
