Sashimi platter of Otoro, Chutoro, Kanpachi, Hotate, Amaebi, Hirame with shaved truffle bits and Uni (of course). I decided to give Jin Fine Dining at Far East Square a try after reading about it on @ieatishootipost blog and was very pleasantly surprised that it was so good and best of all it's very reasonably priced.
