Finally tried Shinsei, and it is an excellent Japanese sushi restaurant. My favorite dish was #salmon #sashimi with fresh dill, lemon zest shavings, olive oil, and Himalayan sea salt for its freshness and uniqueness. A Hawaiian sashimi dish with hibiscus vinegar was also excellent and unique. Don't miss their fall special dessert: hot pumpkin bread pudding with ice cream melting into the housemade pumpkin bread.
