Dude. Duuuuuude. What the hell? Why haven't I eaten in Umu before? How come no food blog has ever waxed poetic about the freshness and quality of their sashimi? Or how their chirashi doesn't only contain the usual tuna, salmon, and egg, but also yummy octopus and the sweetest scallops? (Along with shrimp, lapulapu, jack mackerel, and snapper. Nomnom.)
