Zōsui 雑炊. It is common in Japan to make a zōsui 雑炊, a kind of congee made with cooked rice from the leftover nabe soup. However, they use some new soup base to make a separate pot of zōsui. The nabe soup base was made with 3 or 4 kinds of fish, so good that was actually drank most of the nabe soup! by rolandlmlim http://bit.ly/1st7x6Q
