So yesterday I went grocery shopping to #costco and saw beautiful #organic #salmon and yes I had to buy it!! I was craving salmon for a really long time!! Bought it, and brushed with #soju (cause I didn't have white wine or sake) then power freeze it for three hours! Then cut it into pieces!! Never cut #fish into #sashimi pieces so they look like whatever!!! omg it was so yummmmmm!!!
