Post workout meal during high carb week. After my most recent show, I've been eating clean for the past week, haven't carb cycled, and I've kept my carbs high at around 400 grams a day. I've cut cardio down to just 45 minutes at night, everyday. Weight training, no matter what, is always balls to the wall on intensity. Feels good to give my body an abundance of quality nutrients since I've been on my contest prep diet for nearly 8 months now.
