Otoro (tuna, 吞拿魚上腹肉) @ 東京銀座久兵衛 otoro is used to be a supreme part of tuna, pink tuna meat is separated by layers of white fat, very delicate. Yet I personally like the kamatoro (first piece) more, #otoro has a bit too much fat but weaker in #tuna flavour. by shell_we_eat http://bit.ly/TdbH7c
